Healthcare Leadership Academy
The AzHHA Foundation is in its third year of partnership with Creighton University’s College of Professional and Continuing Education to provide the Healthcare Leadership Academy for rising leaders within AzHHA member hospitals.
The purpose of the Healthcare Leadership Academy is to cultivate leadership within AzHHA member hospitals such that tomorrow’s C-suite is prepared to provide vision, articulate and live organizational purpose, and promote operational and clinical innovation.
Target audience

The cohort will be comprised of no more than 25 participants. There is no minimum background educational attainment required, though a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
